The Zelus Joggers were crafted to keep you moving. To stay steadfast in what you have dedicated yourself to whether it be crushing a workout or keeping you cool while you finish out other daily activities. 

With the Zelus Joggers, we wanted to keep cool, comfortable, and fashionable all in one pair of joggers. Not to mention, there is an additional utility pocket on the left and right side of the joggers crafted to store your cellphone, capped drinks, wallets, and more.

At Ravici Athletica, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shipping and delivery service. Our goal is to make sure that your order arrives to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. With that in mind, here’s some information about how we ship.

We offer various delivery options at Ravici Athletica, depending on where you want your order sent and how quickly you need it. We offer standard domestic, international, expedited delivery options for those who require their items sooner, parcel service for orders over a specific weight/size, and even express options for UK customers.

Shipment processing time:  We typically ship within 1-3 days of your order.  For weekend orders, we will process your order on the next business day.  Overnight, Second Day and Priority Orders are shipped before standard orders.

The cut-off time for same-day shipping for Overnight, Second Day or Priority Orders is 10 am MST.  Any orders placed after that will be shipped the following business day.

Depending on the delivery option selected, your order could take anywhere from one to 10 business days to arrive at its destination. When you place an order with us, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track where your package travels along the way.

We understand that shipping costs can add up quickly and are often the deciding factor in whether or not someone decides to purchase an item. That’s why we offer free standard delivery for US orders over $100 and discounted rates for express delivery options. We provide you with delivery estimates so that you can decide how much it will cost to get your items to their destination.

In addition, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen when it comes to shipping and delivery. If there is any issue with your order, rest assured that we will do our best to make it right. U.S Shipping

Shipping in the United States is free for orders over $100. For orders under that, it is a flat rate of $14 for Priority Mail or $13 for UPS. International Shipping is calculated at checkout and usually takes 4-14 business days to arrive at its destination. Expedited Shipping options are available for an additional cost and typically take 1-2 business days to arrive. Parcel Service is also available for heavier items and will cost more than standard shipping

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using DHL or USPS at $25. Delivery typically takes around 14 business days and is tracked on our website throughout the process. For faster delivery, express options are available for an additional fee. We provide delivery estimates on all international orders so customers can make informed decisions about the cost and speed of their shipment. All our international parcels are sent with tracking numbers and insurance, ensuring each package arrives on time and in perfect condition.

At Ravici Athletica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit properly or wasn't exactly what you had in mind, and we are happy to offer our customers the option of returning their items for a refund or exchange. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the return form in your order and follow the instructions carefully. All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that we cannot accept any washed, worn, or damaged items. Personal items are not eligible for returns.

You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed.

 

RETURNS

For returns, you will receive a full refund for the item's price minus the original shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to process once we have received your return.  Exchanges are also available for items that do not fit as expected. When returning an item for an exchange, please let us know which size or color you would like, and we will take care of the rest.  

We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply fill out the return form in your package and follow the instructions. The exchanged item must be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition with all tags still attached. Once we have received your exchange, we will send out your new item and process a refund for any associated shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges on out-of-stock items. If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange, a refund will be issued for the items returned.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. In many cases, we may be able to offer a replacement for your item. If this isn’t possible, we will be happy to provide a full refund for the item's price and any associated shipping costs. Sometimes, we may request that you return the faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to offer exchange and return services for international orders. However, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the original shipment and any returns or exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service when sending your item back so that you can monitor the journey. If you have any questions about international orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
